Tressa is a multi-passionate creator who loves meeting people where they are, listening to what they need, and taking them places they never imagined.

She holds a BFA in Acting and Directing from Marshall University and an MFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Georgia. She has also taught at various universities and acting programs across the country.

Tressa was a resident at NYC’s The Flea Theater and at The Titan Theatre Company, the Theatre in Residence at the Queens Theatre in the Park, where she also served as Artistic Associate and Associate Director.

She currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia where she curates new works for Assertive Assets.
